The good news is Lexus has one of the highest reliablity ratings out there.

The bad news is everything that is routine maintainance will cost an arm and a leg.

And for the big things like engine/transmission repair, you will have to take out a 2nd mortgage to fix.

I’d consult with the service department at your nearest Lexus dealership. Tell them what you want to buy and they will give you a rough idea on routine maintance costs.

And check out to see what other owners say.

It’s the same with any premium brand like BMW, Cadillac or Lexus. You have to pay for the privilage.

    Good luck.

Depends brand new one routine maintence includes oil changes after a certain amount of time and transmission fluid changes which oil is like 3 thousand, and transmission fluid is like 6 thousand or so and coolant flushes about every other year or so…

It depends on how much you drive. If you drive 20,000 miles a year the lexus will cost about 1700-2200 annually depending on your location. Thats counting one brake job, 4 tires, 4 oil changes, one wheel alignment, 4 tire rotations and $200 for cleaning and msc things. This does not include the insurance cost. The gasoline should cost about $3300 or so again depending on your location based on 325 a gallon for premium fuel or about 28 cents a mile. The average lexus in our control includeing depreciation, insurance and finance charges is running between 70 and 80 cents a mile for 20,000 miles. If I had your location i could give you more accurate numbers
