They are both made at the GM assembly plant in Arlington Tx. by the same people with the same parts. The only difference is the grill and the badges.

The Acadia is better than the TRailblazer, and the Tahoe/Suburban is better than the Yukon. The Tahoe is also the highest rated SUV by JD Power, and the Chevy Silverado has been winning all the awards.

Same car made by same company. Only difference is that Denali is fancier and pricier. GMC is Chevrolet's luxury truck division. The GMC will have more options available than the Tahoe, but it will cost a few thousand more.

There was a time when the GMC was a heavier duty truck than a Chevy, but now, they are pretty much the same except for the logos. Pick which one you like the looks of best.

I BELIEVE YOU SHOULD TEST DRIVE BOTH TO MAKE YOUR DECISION AND RESEARCH BOTH AUTOMOBILES AT CONSUMER REPORTS IF YOU ARE TOO YOUNG TO TEST DRIVE ONE GO WITH SOMEONE WHO IS OLD ENOUGH AND TEST HOW THEY RIDE... ASK HOW THE DRIVER FELT ABOUT THE DRIVE BOTH CAN BE TESTED AT A CHEVY OR GMC DEALER (SAME COMPANY) BUT ALL VEHICLES DRIVE DIFFERENT OR HANDEL DIFFERENT GO WITH THE VEHICLE THAT FEELS LIKE IT WAS BUILT FOR YOU IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE DRIVING IT GET THE ONE YOU CAN MOST SAFELY HANDEL ON THE ROAD OR OFF

The GMC is actually called the Yukon.
Chevy LS- GMC SLE
Chevy LT- GMC SLT
These are exactly the same, just different styling
The Denali is the highest trim level available in the Yukon. High-grade leather, navigation, gas-sucking 6.2 ltr. engine, Lottsa chrome, high class, etc. All for higher price than Chevy.

They're pretty much equal. Denali is actually the 'special' editions...there's Yukon Denali, Envoy Denali...whatever else. I guess the best way for you to determine is test drive both, do a detailed comparison and go from there.
