This question is for someone who has actually replaced the alternator in a Pontiac Montana (hopefully 2002). I have replaced alternators on other cars, but the space on this seems too tight to pull the alternator out. What has to be removed to remove / replace the alternator? It looks like maybe some of the windshield wiper control arms, but even that doesn’t look like it will open up enough space. This van does not have a cover inside the van to remove for engine access.

My husband bought me a 1993 Lexus GS 300 and we have been working on it to get it driveable, but can’t find the oil dipstick. We’ve located the transmission fluid dipstick, but cannot find the oil dipstick. If it’s one that’s on the inside of the oil cap we’ll have to replace it.

I am naive to the construction of hybrid engines, but would the exhaust from a hydrogen cell car, which is supposedly water, be contaminated with particles from the oil or any other substances within the engine?

I am trying to install an aftermarket am/fm/cd player in my 2000 chevrolet venture van, but I can’t find any of those plug kits that is supposed to make everything line up. This is a mother’s day gift for my wife. Can anyone please help?
